Camila Cabello is a Cuban-born American singer and songwriter. As part of the girl group Fifth Harmony, Cabello and her bandmates released one EP and two studio albums. Her departure from the group was announced in December 2016. As a lead artist, Cabello has released two singles which entered the top 20 on the US Billboard Hot 100: “I Know What You Did Last Summer” with Shawn Mendes and “Bad Things” with Machine Gun Kelly, the latter reaching number four. In May 2017, Cabello released “Crying in the Club” as the lead single from her forthcoming debut album The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving, which is coming out September 2017. She performed the song for the first time at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards in May. Cabello’s 2019 duet with singer Shawn Mendes, “Señorita”, reached number one in multiple European countries, and became her second single as lead artist to top the US Hot 100. Cabello also released her second studio album, Romance, which debuted at number one in Canada and in the top 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. Cabello has amassed billions of streams on streaming platforms. She has the best-selling digital single of 2018. Cabello has won two Latin Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards, and one Billboard Music Award. She also received three Grammy Award nominations.
