The group’s debut album, PCD, was released by A&M Records in the United States in September 2005. Their debut single, “Don’t Cha,” a collaboration with Busta Rhymes, reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart. The album also included the single “Stickwitu.” “PCD” peaked at number five on the Billboard 200 Albums chart and was certified two-times platinum by the RIAA. “Stickwitu” received a Grammy Award nomination at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. In September 2008, the group released their second album, Doll Domination, which peaked at number four on the Billboard 200. The album spawned the Top 20 singles, “When I Grow Up,” “I Hate This Part,” and “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny),” an interpretation of the song “Jai Ho” from the film “Slumdog Millionaire.” With their catchy songs and great dance moves, The Dolls remain a hugely popular act.
